-Experience. I have years of experience working in marketing and advertising.  This gives me an edge when publicizing your home.  I know how, where and when to place advertising to gain your home the best exposure in the right markets. I don't wait for buyers to come to me. I actively seek out buyers for your home.

-Legal Council.  I want to make sure every aspect of selling a home is done professionally, smoothly and correctly.  I feel it is beneficiary to have legal council present at a closing so that my clients interests are completely represented.  I provide and pay for council so that my clients don't have to worry about anything.

-Peace of Mind.  I take my clients homes seriously.  A home is the largest asset most people have.  For that reason I keep the homes security a top priority.  Before I ever show a home I ask for detailed information about the buyer, and most often have them pre-qualify for a loan if they haven't already.  This ensures only serious buyers with the financial means to purchase the home.  This saves my client time and stress.  I am also present at ALL showings, whether it is with another agent or not.

-Low Inventory.  Unlike other agents who pick up any listing they can catch and then pass them off to team members, I keep my inventory of homes low.  I also will often wait untill after I have sold all my current listings to take on new listings.  By doing so I can give each client the attention they deserve.  You will never speak with an assistant when you call, and I make myself available 24/7 for any questions or concerns you have.  I also handle all the homes advertising personally.  That way I ensure that the ad is correct, effective and placed where it needs to be.

-Control.  I don't leave my clients in the dark.  I provide regular activity reports to my clients.  These reports consist of showings, open house logs with number of visitors, calls and inquires, and advertising.  I also include copies of the advertising that was done.  This way my clients have complete control over the selling process.
