Who I am.

I earned a Bachelors degree from Westminster College in Communications and Marketing. Shortly after I began my own business. I worked as a Marketing Consultant, helping many small businesses create, refine and distribute marketing messages. I planned many successful marketing and fund raising events before focusing my attention on the real estate market. I began by offering advertising packages to For Sale By Owner homes. I was happy with the outcome of this venture.  Most of the homes I advertised sold within their owners time frames. What bothered me though was how limited I was in helping these owners with other aspects of the selling process. That was when I decided to become a licensed agent.

My Philosophy

I feel an agent should be pro active in selling their clients home. They should treat each home as if it were their only one.  I apply the marketing principles I learned over years of working in advertising to each home.  A home needs to be seen to be sold. I don't simply put a sign in the yard and wait. I actively seek a buyer for the property by maintaining regular contact with other agents and giving the property maximum advertising space. Whenever possible I aim to separate my clients homes from others on the market.  An agent should also treat each client as if they are the only ones. I treat each client with the highest level of professionalism.  I am available 24/7 for my clients questions and concerns.  I also don't disappear when the home is sold. I can help in any relocation assistance my clients need, from finding a new home to contacting movers and everything else in between. I understand families are busy with work and other obligations.  This is my full time job and I devote myself 100% to it.

My Business

I approach selling homes differently.  It's not just about how much advertising you do but how well you advertise.  Marketing is not just placing advertising messages anywhere. It involves looking at each outlet in detail and designing the message around it.
